With reference to my mobile no.0720718795 sim card PUK is locked. At the moment I am travelling and am in UK and don’t have the PUK details with me..
I have tried, using my husband’s mobile, to follow the procedure for obtaining the PUK i.e. dial *100# but I keep getting the message Original PIN NUMBER or ID is wrong. It says Please dial *212# to Re-enter the correct details for the intended mobile number. By dialing *212# it does not allow me to do anything. The last recharge on my mobile was for 300/= on 20.03.2017.
