How to get your M-Shwari loan limit

Go to the Safaricom icon on your phone

Click on M-Pesa menu

Go to M-Shwari

Click on loan

Click on check loan limit

Enter your M-Pesa pin and the loan limit will be sent to you by sms

    My line has loan limit but all the time is reading 0 called safaricom but they told me that I have to use more sms, calling and saving and have already did or so I don’t know what’s the problem

    my line does not have a loan limit option.
