How to pay for KQ flight tickets at the ATM
Kenya Airways customers will soon pay their tickets at bank ATMs. This is a welcome move as it reduces the need for agents and makes booking for a flight easier and hustle free.
The process begins online where you do your booking. Once booking is confirmed then the customer visits their nearest bank ATM to finish the Transaction. This should be your bank ATM.
To complete the transaction:-
- Insert card into the ATM
- Select the bill payment option
- Input the reference or booking code and cost of ticket
- Once the payment goes through flight itinerary is sent to you via email and an alert through SMS.
