Losing your original KNEC certificate can be a massive headache, but knowing how to replace your KNEC certificate shouldn’t be. Since the Kenya National Examinations Council doesn’t issue duplicates of the original document, you must secure an official Letter of Certification to serve as your formal academic proof for employers or higher education.
This guide simplifies the process to replace your KNEC certificate via the KNEC QMIS portal, covering the essential police abstract requirements, current Ksh 5,220 application fees, and the 15-day processing timeline. Whether you’re dealing with a lost KCPE or KCSE document, follow these steps to restore your credentials with the official KNEC Query Management system
