You can easily reset eCitizen password if you have forgotten it.
1. On your Browser go to the eCitizen Login page. Click on the “Forgot your password?” button. Do not fret. You can reset eCitizen password to your phone number or email address. And to make it easy for you, the eCitizen portal gives you a hint of the last digits of the phone number in use or parts of the email address.
2. Enter your National ID Number or Email address used to sign up on the site then click the “Reset My Password” button.
3. A password reset code is sent to your phone. This message appears “We sent you a text to ******3124 with a confirmation code. Enter the code below and continue to reset your password.”
4. Enter the code sent to your phone and click continue.
5. Once you enter the code the following page appears
6. You will be prompted to create a new password for your account. Confirm the created password then click “Reset password”. The message” Your password has been changed successfully” will pop up.
Your password is now reset. You can go back to the login page and access your account
