We highly recommend that once you receive funds from the clients move it to Mshwari /your bank account before handing over the good/service. This way you will secure your money…Also you can set up a Lipa na MPESA or Pay bill account so that you funds go straight to your bank and can not be reversed without your consent.

      Before you send funds to anyone on mpesa you need to be sure thy will provide the service or you hav a legal agreement in case they fail to provide the service. Also ask for Paybill or Lipa na MPESA instead of sending to personal phone numbers. Yu may have to report to Safaricom by calling 100 for them to help you resolve this.
