To register for the TSC T-Pay portal, visit the portal, enter your TSC number and password, or use the “Forgot Password” feature if it’s your first time. T-Pay allows teachers to view, download, and print their latest payslips online at any time. After the first pay, ensure your account is activated by contacting the ICT department at the Sub-County/County TSC office.
Steps to Register/Access T-Pay (Online Payslip Portal)
- Visit the Portal: Go to the official T-Pay website.
- Login Credentials: Use your TSC number as the username and the password provided by your school or during your registration, or create a new password if necessary using the “Forgot Password” option.
- Activation:
If you are a new employee, you may need to visit the County or Sub-County TSC ICT office to activate your account for the first time. - View Payslips: Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard to view your latest payslip, P9 forms, or 3rd party services.
