GTZ is offering subsidies for construction of biogas plants in 2010; subsidies from 30k for a small plant to 55k for a plant with gas storage capacity of 7 cubic meters. This is up to 30% of construction costs depending on the materials used. The models work for about 50 yrs. A GTZ trained technician to supervise construction.
