For undergraduate balance send BALUG#ID NO
For post graduate balance send BALPG#ID NO
For clearence certificate status CERTCLEAR#ID NO
For loan application status APPSTATUS#ID NO
For last semister paid SEMESTER# ID NO
To check if your tuition is paid for self sponsored studens SSP#ID NO
For latest disbursement from helb LASTPAY#ID NO
For anyother news from helb NEWS#ID NO
This service is available for those who have registered with HELB.
To register send an sms with the words REGISTER#ID NO using a phone number registered in your name.

Hi my no is 16g01aibm008 i joined my first year in 2016 at african nazzrene uni. then i apply for helb loan but forms does reach the office so am asking if i may submit again those forms because that time i deffer the school, this year i apply and it was successful. my aim is for the year 2016/2017 because its only forms. kindly assist me
